Key Responsibilities

- Machine Maintenance: Inspect and repair automated wire-cutting, stripping, crimping machines, and extrusion lines.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults in production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Installation: Set up current wiring systems, control panels, and heavy-duty manufacturing machinery safely.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing finished wire harnesses or cable assemblies using multimeters, continuity testers, and specialized test benches.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on electrical motors, sensors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and safety interlocks.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict electrical safety codes (such as lockout/tagout procedures) to ensure a hazard-free factory floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Trades.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, and PLC controls.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in an automotive, electronics, or cable manufacturing plant.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
