Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to handle the installation support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar PV systems. The candidate should have practical field experience in solar systems and be capable of independently handling service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and resolve customer complaints and service requests related to solar PV systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and related electrical components.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems.
- Identify electrical and technical faults and take appropriate corrective action.
- Support installation, commissioning, and testing of solar systems when required.
- Conduct site visits for troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning and performance of installed solar systems.
- Maintain service records, site reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the service, installation, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow all company safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
- Provide proper technical guidance to customers regarding system operation and basic maintenance.

Required Qualifications





- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Solar PV company.
- Practical knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components.
- Basic knowledge of inverters, batteries, solar panels, DC/AC wiring, and protection systems.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter and clamp meter.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for service requirements.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in a solar company, particularly in solar installation, commissioning, maintenance, or service, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
