Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Steward to join our cafe in Sultanpur. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to lead the stewarding team while ensuring exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and attend to guests professionally, ensuring high service standards at all times
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
- Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints politely and efficiently
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene as per restaurant standards
- Assist in training new stewards on service procedures and customer interaction
- Coordinate with the restaurant manager for smooth daily operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Steward / Senior Steward in a restaurant or hotel




- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
- Well-groomed, presentable, and qualified attitude

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in casual dining or fine-dining restaurants
- Familiar with POS systems and basic billing procedures
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
