About the Role

Wren Hotel is looking for an experienced MEP Manager to lead and deliver MEP services for hotel and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing MEP design, coordination, and execution while ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead MEP design development, coordination, and implementation for hotel/hospitality projects.
- Manage MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams effectively.
- Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor site execution of MEP works, including:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Fire Fighting
- BMS
- ELV
- Ensure quality, safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability across MEP systems.
- Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure timely project delivery.




- Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project progress.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
