Position: Excel & MIS Executive
Experience: Fresher / Intern / Up to 1 Year
Salary Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: BPTP Park Centra, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with strong Excel knowledge to join our team as an Excel/MIS Executive. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Manage and organize large datasets using Excel
- Use formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, IF conditions, SUMIF/COUNTIF, etc.
- Create dashboards and reports for management review
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile data




- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting)
- Basic understanding of MIS reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Good communication skills

Eligibility

- Freshers, Interns, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
- Graduates in any stream (Commerce/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Must have hands-on/practical knowledge of Excel
