The Accounts Executive is responsible for day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, receivables, treasury support, and month-end closing activities for Mannitab & PureCircle India.
The role ensures compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and other statutory requirements while maintaining strong financial controls.
The incumbent coordinates with Shared Services, auditors, banks, and business teams to ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting.
The position also supports process improvements, working capital management, and audit readiness.

Core Responsibilities:

· Finance & Accounting

o Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, journal entries, bank postings, and GL maintenance.

o Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments with proper approvals and supporting documentation.

o Support monthly and year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.

o Maintain Fixed Asset Register, calculate depreciation/amortization, and ensure accurate accounting records.

o Handle intercompany transactions, treasury activities, banking coordination, and cash flow support.

o Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and other statutory requirements.

o Support statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and regulatory assessments by providing required documentation and information.

o Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

· Business Partnering

o Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, GTM, and Operations teams to ensure timely financial transactions and month-end activities.

o Support working capital management through effective monitoring of receivables, payables, and cash flows.

o Prepare and circulate MIS reports,



AR ageing reports, and other financial analyses for management review.

o Assist in cost control initiatives, inventory reconciliation, and identification of process improvement opportunities.

o Support implementation of process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance efficiency.

· Relationships and People

o Work closely with Shared Service teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.

o Build effective relationships with vendors, customers, bankers, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of finance and compliance activities.

o Provide proactive support to Finance team and business stakeholders on finance-related matters.

o Participate in company initiatives, training programs, employee engagement activities, and promote a culture of compliance and teamwork.

o Comply with Ingredion’s Code of Conduct

Qualified candidates will have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com).

· 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Customs.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems, preferably SAP.

· Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and meet deadlines.
