Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PRO / Hospital Marketing Executive to promote SVN Hospital, develop strong referral networks, increase patient reach, and build relationships with doctors, clinics, companies, institutions, and the local community.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote SVN Hospital and its medical services through field marketing and direct visits.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, companies, institutions, and referral sources.
- Generate new patient referrals and increase hospital footfall.
- Conduct regular field visits and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate medical camps, health check-up camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
- Visit nearby companies, schools, colleges, industries, and organizations for hospital promotion.
- Explain hospital departments, specialties, facilities, and services to patients and referral partners.
- Follow up with referral contacts and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Support the hospital's marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, enquiries, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Work with hospital management and other departments to achieve marketing targets.

Candidate Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in Hospital / Healthcare Marketing is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field work.
- Knowledge of the local area and surrounding locations is preferred.

Driving Licence – Mandatory

The candidate must be able to drive a car and two-wheeler.

Valid Car Driving Licence – Mandatory

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence – Mandatory

Comfortable with regular field travel using car/bike.

Travel Expenses

Official travel expenses will be provided by SVN Hospital as per hospital policy.
