About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive revenue, manage client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Guide team members in client handling, property presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Accompany the team for important client meetings and site visits when required.
- Develop effective strategies to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
- Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Train and support team members to improve their sales skills and productivity.
- Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets set by management.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating closures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
