Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-friendly Front Desk & Sales Executive to join our team at Hodu Agri Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Manage front desk and customer interactions.
- Handle customer calls and follow-ups.
- Explain products to customers and generate sales.
- Maintain customer records and basic documentation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service.
- Perform basic computer work, including MS Word and MS Excel.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
