Quantity Surveyor – Turnkey Construction

TeamHome is looking for an experienced *Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager* to take ownership of estimation, BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, cost control, subcontractor billing and commercial management for our turnkey residential projects.

You will work closely with our *Project, Design and Procurement teams* to ensure projects are accurately estimated, commercially controlled and executed within budget.

*Key responsibilities:*

* Prepare BOQs, estimates and quantity take-offs

* Conduct rate analysis and maintain market-rate benchmarks

* Review and validate vendor/subcontractor quotations

* Support procurement negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities

* Verify measurements, contractor bills and variations

* Track project budgets, actual costs and cost-to-complete

* Identify potential cost overruns and commercial risks proactively

* Develop and maintain cost-control and commercial processes

*What we're looking for:*





* 3+ years of relevant experience in construction/QS/commercial management

* Strong experience in residential/turnkey construction preferred

* Excellent knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis and billing

* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

* Commercially sharp, analytical and detail-oriented

* Solid negotiation and contractor/vendor management skills

* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently

*Qualification:* Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

*Compensation:* Competitive, based on experience and capability.
