- Handle all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, bid/tender submission, documentation, and compliance.
- Identify and submit IT Hardware and AMC-related tenders on GeM within deadlines.
- Manage product pairing and catalog listing on the GeM portal.
- Use tools such as HP IQ to configure products and generate pricing as per OEM guidelines.
- Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other required documentation.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, and all other necessary tender documentation.
- Monitor corrigendums, clarifications, and respond appropriately.
- Manage post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract handling on the GeM portal.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
