Group 108 is hiring for its Grandthum Project in Greater Noida for multiple positions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Post Sales function.

Open Positions

- CRM Executive — 2–4 years
- Senior CRM Executive / Assistant Manager — 4–7 years
- CRM Manager — 7+ years

What we're looking for

Candidates with hands-on experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales with a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle after booking.

Key exposure should include:

- Customer handling related to booking, payments, demands & documentation
- BBA / Agreement execution and documentation
- Demand / Area Variation Demand
- Registry & Transfer cases
- Possession & Handover
- Customer escalations, including legal / financial matters
- Coordination with Legal, Accounts, Projects & Facility teams
- CRM/ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, 4QT, Farvision or equivalent
- MIS,



TAT management and case tracking

Ideal Candidate

Someone who has worked with a real-estate developer/builder in a post-sales CRM role and can independently manage customer cases from booking through possession and beyond.
