Manager – Sales & Business Development (EXPORT)

JOB LOCATION -Kalher, Thane

EXPERIENCE -Minimum 8 years in a similar in exports sales/business development role, including team leadership.

Preferred experience in -Pneumatic and Mining tools

QUALIFICATION -Graduate/Postgraduate, - BSc., Business, Commerce, or Marketing; Mechanical Engineering background helpful but not mandatory

6 Days week.

Job description

A. New Business Development

- Identify new countries, exporters, traders, and OEM customers for expansion.
- Bring in new high-volume buyers across target markets.
- Participate in international trade exhibitions and B2B portals (IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc.).
- Develop new product lines related to pneumatic and mining tools.
- Pitch to major infrastructure and mining contractors globally.
- Build and expand dealer networks in high-potential export markets.

Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends, emerging competitors, and new opportunities, and translate findings into actionable sales strategy. –

Sales Operations Management

- Track order execution across purchase, packing, dispatch, payments, and documentation.
- Ensure OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery for all export orders.
- Remove operational bottlenecks by coordinating closely with purchase, logistics, and accounts teams.
- Maintain MIS covering order status, sales pipeline, pending tasks, and overdue shipments.
- Own end-to-end export documentation and compliance — including Incoterms, LC/BC handling, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other statutory export paperwork.
