Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Operations Team Lead to lead a team of 4–5 members and oversee day-to-day team operations while driving customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage team performance and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members.
- Drive customer acquisition activities and support the team in achieving targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily team activities.
- Track individual and team performance.
- Guide, motivate, and support team members.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of daily operations.
- Identify operational challenges and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management.




- Take ownership of overall team performance and operational outcomes.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
