We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller with 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, generate leads, and provide information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain a professional and positive communication style.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle targets and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Chandigarh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
