HR Generalist – For Manufacturing Company

Role Overview
The HR Generalist will independently manage and support key HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and employee welfare initiatives.
- Support statutory compliance by maintaining records and ensuring timely completion of required HR processes.
- Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns and provide timely support.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.
