Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the poker club, ensuring smooth table operations, effective team management, excellent player experience, and strict adherence to applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily poker club operations, including table management, dealer deployment, game operations, player movement and floor activities.

* Manage poker chips, card decks and gaming equipment, ensuring proper availability, control, storage, issuance, collection and reconciliation.

* Prepare and manage dealer rosters, shifts, rotations, attendance and break schedules to ensure adequate manpower.

* Maintain a well-regulated, secure and professionally managed gaming environment in line with applicable regulations, licensing requirements and club standards.

* Oversee the consistent implementation of player onboarding, access-control, operational and conduct procedures across the club.

* Promote a respectful, disciplined and inclusive environment for players, dealers and employees, addressing operational concerns and behavioural issues through established management processes.

* Ensure dealers and staff are treated professionally and that any player misconduct is promptly addressed and escalated when required.

* Monitor compliance with responsible gaming, player protection, security and operational procedures applicable to the club.

* Ensure staff understand and follow all relevant SOPs, compliance requirements and escalation procedures.

* Maintain proper records of player incidents, operational discrepancies, disciplinary matters and compliance-related issues and report them to management.

* Coordinate with Security, Compliance,



and other departments on player incidents, suspicious activities, disputes and other operational matters.

* Address player complaints and operational concerns in accordance with established procedures and club policies.

* Conduct regular team briefings and training on SOPs, player conduct, compliance, dealer protection and operational procedures.

* Ensure proper shift handovers and maintain operational discipline across all shifts.

* Identify operational and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to management.

* Ensure all gaming-floor activities are conducted in a safe, professional, controlled and compliant environment.

* Support management in audits, inspections, compliance reviews and implementation of updated regulatory requirements.

Required Experience & Skills:

* 4–8 years of experience in poker club, gaming, hospitality or similar regulated operations.

* Strong understanding of poker-floor operations and gaming-table management.

* Knowledge of gaming compliance, age verification, player conduct and operational SOPs.

* Strong leadership, communication and conflict-management skills.

* Excellent attention to detail, documentation and reporting skills.

* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound operational decisions.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
