Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have solid financial expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to manage a finance team while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow statements.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, billing, collections, and expenses.
- Handle and review GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely closure and finalization of accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and applicable regulations.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls.
- Supervise, guide, and review the work of accountants and junior finance team members.




- Improve accounting processes and introduce automation and efficiency measures wherever possible.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
