We are looking for experienced and result-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiters with a strong background in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in handling bench consultants, vendor management, and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors

Build, manage, and strengthen vendor relationships

Achieve consistent placements and revenue targets

Handle rate negotiations and client coordination

Ensure regular follow-ups for submissions and interviews

Maintain an active pipeline of requirements and consultants





Required Skills:

7–10 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing

Strong vendor network (Tier-1 vendors preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of successful placements

Valuable understanding of IT technologies and market trends

Ability to work in US shift timings
