About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Consultant (BDC) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new leads through calls, messages, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain the company's digital marketing services and solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and support the sales conversion process.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Confident in making calls and communicating with clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 6+ months of Sales/BDE experience will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Note: Starting salary will generally be ₹20,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and skills. Experienced candidates may be offered up to ₹45,000 based on profile and performance.Benefits
