About the Role

Baelit Digital Private Limited is looking for a Technical App Development Coordinator with good knowledge of Kotlin and Android app development to support our app development, market research, competitor analysis, and technical coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor research for mobile and web applications.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and external vendors.
- Participate in app development meetings and provide technical inputs.
- Track competitor features, UI/UX trends, and market opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain project and research trackers using Excel, Jira, Trello, etc.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Android development.
- Good understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.




- Knowledge of Android Studio, APIs, and basic app development concepts.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, Jira, or Trello.

- Freshers with strong Kotlin knowledge and relevant Android projects may also apply.
