Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT devices.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
- Perform Windows Server installation, configuration, user management, and basic server troubleshooting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic server performance, storage, connectivity, and services.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, switches, and network connectivity.
- Perform OS installation, system configuration, software installation, patching, and updates.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Provide onsite/field support at client locations when required.
- Maintain IT asset records, service reports, and support documentation.
- Manage and update service tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex server, network, or security issues to the relevant technical team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,438.48 per month
