This position is responsible for ensuring accurate transaction processing, maintaining precise digital records, and supporting efficient inventory operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Cashiering & POS Operations

- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Payment Handling: Manage cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions with high precision.
- Barcode Scanning: Efficiently scan products to ensure correct pricing and item identification.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming environment, communicate effectively with customers in Telugu and English to answer queries, and resolve basic transaction issues.
- Cash Reconciliation: Maintain an accurate cash drawer and perform end-of-shift balance reports.

Data Entry & Inventory Management

- Database Maintenance: Input product data, pricing, and stock updates into the internal management system.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels in real-time, assisting with cycle counts and flagging low-stock items for reordering.
- Record Accuracy: Conduct regular audits of digital records to ensure consistency between physical inventory and system data.
- Reporting:



Generate daily or weekly sales and inventory reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Working Knowledge of Telugu and English

Decent Communication Skills

Optional/Preferred Technical Skills

- Accounting Software: Familiarity with Tally is a strong asset for managing financial records.
- Spreadsheet Software: Knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and formatting) is highly preferred.

Experience, Environment & Compensation

- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or office administration role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Work Environment: This is a work-from-office role that requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of inventory items.
- Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Availability: Versatile scheduling, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

The position is based in Hyderabad. Local candidates will be preferred.
