We are hiring a Customer Inquiry Executive to handle Instagram DM and WhatsApp customer inquiries for our store at Pusa Road, New Delhi.

The role is focused on replying to customers, sharing product details, following up politely, and converting interested inquiries into confirmed orders.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries on Instagram DM and WhatsApp

- Reply in clear English with product details, pricing, photos/videos, and availability

- Follow up with interested customers in a professional and non-pushy manner

- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

- Maintain inquiry status and customer details in Google Sheets or CRM

- Coordinate with the team for stock, order updates, dispatch, and delivery information

- Escalate pricing-sensitive, bulk, custom, complaint, or payment-related cases to the senior team

Requirements:

- Good spoken and written English

- Comfortable chatting with customers on WhatsApp and Instagram

- Basic sales sense and polite communication style





- Fast typing and attention to detail

- Comfortable using Google Sheets or basic CRM tools

- Prior experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, gifting, e-commerce, customer support, or online sales is preferred

Job details:

- Full time, permanent role

- In-person work at Pusa Road, New Delhi

- 6 days a week

- Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month

- Incentives paid on successful conversions/orders

Ideal candidate should be confident, patient with customers, and able to turn online inquiries into real sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
