Position Title: General Manager (GM) – Construction Chemicals & Waterproofing
Industry: Construction Chemicals / Waterproofing / Construction Solutions Package: ₹80,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Language: Must be Fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil
Preferred Location : South Kerala candidates (Eranakulam to Trivandrum based)
Sitting Location : Puthanathani, Malappuram
Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for leading the overall operations, strategic planning, and
business development of the waterproofing and construction chemical division. The role involves overseeing
Sales, Projects, R&D;, Production, Logistics, Franchise Management, Finance Coordination & HR & Legal
Departments, while ensuring company growth in line with industry standards and organisational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
