108TYM is a contemporary fashion label focused on developing distinctive, detail-oriented collections with a strong emphasis on design, craftsmanship and execution.

We are looking for a Fashion Design & Production Intern to join our team and work closely with the design and production process. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in developing and executing live collections from sampling to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with ongoing collections and product development
- Support fabric, trim and embellishment sourcing
- Assist with sample development and alterations
- Coordinate with tailors, karigars, vendors and production teams
- Follow up on samples and production timelines
- Assist during fittings and maintain measurement details
- Support quality checks during sampling and production
- Assist with technical sheets, specifications and production documentation
- Maintain sampling and production records
- Help coordinate day-to-day production requirements
- Ensure deadlines and collection timelines are followed

Who We’re Looking For

- Fashion Design, Apparel Design or related degree/diploma students or graduates
- Strong interest in fashion design and production
- Basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction and finishing




- Good eye for detail
- Organised and proactive
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced fashion environment
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1 week will be preferred

Internship Details

Duration: 4 months

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Location: Bengaluru

Joining: Immediate / Within 1 week
