Job Summary
We are looking for Tele Collections Executives to handle customer communication and payment follow-ups for Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The role involves speaking with customers regarding pending EMI payments, understanding their concerns, discussing suitable payment solutions and maintaining proper follow-up records.
Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls regarding pending loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for overdue EMI payments.
- Communicate payment details and outstanding amounts clearly.
- Discuss repayment options and payment commitments with customers.
- Handle customer questions, concerns and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required for account resolution.
- Follow collection procedures and quality standards.
- Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Loan Collections, Customer Service or Sales.
- BFSI / NBFC experience will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Comfortable working with performance-based targets.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
