Job Overview:

SterSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Domestic Sales Executives to expand our ERP and IT software business across the Indian market. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in IT or software sales who are confident in building client relationships, generating business opportunities and closing deals. This is a target-based sales role that requires solid ownership of lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups and deal closures. The position is remote/work-from-home, with travel for relevant exhibitions, expos, networking events or client meetings whenever required.

Technical Skills:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Software Sales, preferably ERP, SaaS or related solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in domestic client communication and outbound sales is preferred.
- Confident in cold calling, lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach and proposal preparation.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions, expos, networking events or client meetings when required.

Roles & Responsibility:





- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the Indian market.
- Prospect clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking and other outbound sales activities.
- Sell ERP, SaaS and mobile application solutions to businesses across India.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, product presentations and follow-ups with clients.
- Understand client business requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic customers.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, expos, networking events and business events when required.
- Update and maintain accurate sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Take ownership of sales performance and consistently work towards achieving business goals.

Preferred Candidate:

- 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Sales, ERP, SaaS or Software Sales.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
- Comfortable working in the General Shift.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and business development.
- Willing to travel for exhibitions, expos, networking events or client meetings when required.
