The role involves identifying new franchise partners, evaluating potential markets and locations, driving franchise acquisition, and managing business partner relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills with a willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

- Identifying potential business partners for the expansion of preschool centres across the assigned region.
- Identifying suitable locations and conducting city profiling, catchment analysis, and market surveys for new centres.
- Implementing and monitoring lead-generation initiatives through relevant marketing activities.
- Conducting business presentations and pitching the franchise chance to potential business partners.
- Evaluating prospect profiles to assess their suitability for partnership.




- Designing and implementing marketing and acquisition strategies to drive franchise growth.
- Driving regional revenue, profitability, collections, and centre performance in line with business targets.
- Acting as the SPOC for business partners and coordinating with them for the smooth functioning of franchise centres.
- Building the brand presence across target markets and regularly inspecting franchise centres.
- Ensuring academic processes and service delivery are maintained as per company standards.
- Monitoring market intelligence, competitive activity, and business trends across the assigned territory.
- Conducting market surveys, catchment analysis, enquiry tracking, and lost-enquiry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensuring adherence to applicable legal norms, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Preparing bi-weekly acquisition reports and region-wise collection and centre-performance reports.

Requirements

- Holding a Graduate/Post Graduate degree, preferably in Management, Sales, or Operations.
- Bringing 2+ years of overall experience with strong experience in Sales, Business Development, or Franchise Development.
- Possessing relevant experience in franchise sales, institutional sales, or business expansion.
- Demonstrating strong understanding of geographical markets, territories, and local business potential.




- Possessing strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
- Being comfortable working under pressure and meeting business deadlines and targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 18-20 days per month.
