Job Summary

Vulnerability Management
Manage the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting. Conduct regular vulnerability scans across servers, endpoints, network devices, databases, cloud environments, and applications. Validate vulnerabilities and eliminate false positives through technical analysis. Perform risk-based prioritization using CVSS scores, threat intelligence, exploitability, asset criticality, and business impact.

Remediation Coordination
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and business teams to drive timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities. Track remediation activities and ensure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate overdue or critical vulnerabilities to management and governance forums. Develop and maintain vulnerability management policies, procedures, standards, and metrics. Generate executive and operational reports detailing vulnerability trends, remediation performance, and organizational risk posture. Monitor emerging threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, and security advisories. Support security audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance assessments. Assess vulnerabilities within cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Enhance vulnerability management processes through automation and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Infrastructure Security, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management frameworks and industry standards.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as:
- Tenable
- Nessus
- Qualys
- Rapid7 InsightVM
- Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management

Skill Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Infrastructure Security, or Cybersecurity.
- Robust understanding of vulnerability management frameworks and industry standards.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as:
- Tenable
- Nessus
- Qualys
- Rapid7 InsightVM
- Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management

Other Requirements

- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in vulnerability assessment, remediation validation, and reporting.
- Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- CISSP, CISM, GSEC, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications.
