SAP Migration Technical Lead - Syniti ADM - 7 to 10 Years - Pan India

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration, Data Extraction, Transformation, Cleansing, Validation, and Loading. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in executing end-to-end SAP migration programs, along with excellent understanding of data migration methodologies and business processes.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP Data Migration work streams for S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
- Analyze source-to-target mappings, data quality issues, and migration strategies.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants across Finance, MM, SD, PP, PM, and other SAP modules.
- Support migration mock cycles, cutovers, and go-live activities.
- Mentor junior migration consultants and coordinate with business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 7-10 years of IT experience with strong SAP Data Migration experience.
- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration engagements.
- Robust knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), Data Migration methodologies, and ETL concepts.




- Experience with data objects such as Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Asset, BOM, and Transactional Data.
- Ability to understand business processes and functional data relationships.
