Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design & Drafting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design calculations, drafting of RCC and steel structures, reinforcement detailing, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams. The role requires strong technical expertise in structural design and drafting for commercial, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural designs and calculations for RCC and steel structures.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, reinforcement details, and construction drawings.
- Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Develop RCC and steel structure drawings based on engineering inputs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project execution teams.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.




- Update and revise drawings based on site requirements and project changes.
- Assist in quantity estimation and technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and documentation.
- Provide technical support and design clarifications to project and site teams.

Requirements

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in structural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
- Robust knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
- Experience in reinforcement detailing and preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Good understanding of applicable structural design codes and standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
