We're Hiring: National Head – DDU-GKY (NSDC)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic National Head to lead our DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) operations under NSDC, overseeing project implementation across Gujarat and Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of DDU-GKY projects across Region

Ensure compliance with NSDC/MoRD (Ministry of Rural Development) guidelines, targets, and reporting standards

Manage mobilization, training, placement, and post-placement support processes

Build and lead a high-performing regional team (project managers, trainers, mobilizers, placement coordinators)

Liaise with government bodies, District Rural Development Agencies (DRDA), NSDC officials, and other stakeholders

Drive achievement of enrollment, training, certification, and placement targets as per project agreements

Monitor budget utilization, fund flow, and financial compliance for the region

Ensure quality standards in training delivery and candidate outcomes





Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and review updates to senior management/NSDC

Identify and resolve on-ground implementation challenges across centers

Drive partnerships with employers/industries for placement linkages

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

8–12+ years of experience in skill development, livelihoods, or rural development programs

Prior experience with DDU-GKY, NSDC, NRLM, or similar government-funded skilling schemes is mandatory

Strong understanding of scheme guidelines, compliance, and reporting frameworks

Proven experience managing multi-location/multi-state teams and operations

Excellent stakeholder management skills (government, NGOs, corporates)

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to travel extensively across state.

Preferred

Existing network with DRDA/State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) officials

Experience in candidate mobilization strategy and placement partnerships

Familiarity with MIS/PMU reporting tools used in skill development projects

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
