What You Will Do?

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms
- Create engaging videos for client social media pages
- Edit videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns
- Create promotional videos for Adsthrive's products and services
- Edit testimonials, educational videos, talking-head videos and promotional content
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music and motion graphics
- Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos
- Follow platform-specific formats, dimensions and export requirements
- Organise and maintain the company's growing library of raw footage and edited content

What We Are Looking For

- Fresher / 0–2 years of experience in video editing or content creation
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator




- Good understanding of short-form social media editing
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions and storytelling
- Good eye for typography, layout, colours and visual consistency
- Ability to understand a brief and independently execute the creative
- Willingness to learn new tools, trends and AI-powered creative workflows
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
