Actuarial & Pricing Analyst - 2+ Years - Mumbai

Are you an aspiring Actuarial / Insurance professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in actuarial and pricing analysis? We are looking for a professional to support data analysis, actuarial research, performance reporting, and technical processes within a structured insurance environment.

Responsibilities

- Support actuarial and pricing analysis within a defined area under supervision.
- Perform data reconciliation, data preparation, and basic data analysis using existing tools and methodologies.
- Run and modify existing code for data preparation and analytical activities.
- Conduct basic actuarial research and apply standard analytical and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare basic reports, analyses, and performance-related documents using in-house systems.
- Maintain accuracy and quality by reviewing work before submission and ensuring compliance with defined processes.
- Participate in team projects while maintaining customer satisfaction and environmental awareness.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Actuarial, Insurance Analytics, Pricing, or a related analytical function.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Actuarial degree or a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another mathematically focused discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
- Exposure to data preparation, data analysis, and actuarial research.




- Ability to work with and modify existing code for data preparation.
- Good attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Willingness to learn actuarial methodologies, processes, and technical practices.
- Candidates should be comfortable working under supervision and following defined processes and procedures.
