QC HEAD(Ready Mix Concrete) , 3+ yrs , Palakkad (Kanjikode)
* Planning of concrete production and quality requirements.
* Scheduling and allocating QC work and responsibilities.
* Coordinating quality tests and mix design activities.
* Arranging required materials, equipment, testing facilities, and resources.
* Managing and supervising the QC team.
* Monitoring and controlling the overall activities of the QC department.
* Ensuring compliance with applicable IS standards and company quality procedures.
* Monitoring concrete quality from raw material inspection through production and site delivery.
* Reviewing cube test results, slump results, and other quality test reports.
* Identifying quality issues and taking necessary corrective actions.
* Coordinating with Plant, Production, Dispatch, Sales,



and Site teams on quality-related matters.
* Handling customer complaints related to concrete quality.
* Maintaining and reviewing QC records and reports.
* Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring compliance.
EXPERIENCE : 4-5 YRS
SALARY : 30000-40000 + Food +Accommodation
LOCATION: KANJIKODE, PALAKKAD
