Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Relations Intern to support our team in handling client communication, follow-ups, and customer service activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want to gain practical experience in customer relationship management and the overseas education industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding their enquiries and applications.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our services.
- Coordinate with the counselling, admission, visa, and other relevant teams.
- Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.
- Maintain and update customer information and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and resolving basic queries.
- Support the team during events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular updates on follow-ups and customer interactions.

Requirements





- Students or recent graduates from any discipline can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience is not required; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of the overseas education industry will be an advantage.
