Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media & Influencer Management Executive to lead our digital presence and build solid influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate understands content trends, platform algorithms, and performance metrics while being deeply connected to the creator ecosystem.

This role requires a balance of creative storytelling and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content (reels, carousels, stories, static posts).
- Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments & DMs.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Stay updated with trends, reels audio, and algorithm updates.

Influencer Management

- Identify relevant influencers (micro, macro, celebrity).
- Build and maintain influencer databases.
- Handle end-to-end influencer campaigns:
- Outreach & negotiation
- Briefing & contract coordination
- Content approvals
- Tracking deliverables
- Reporting ROI




- Maintain long-term influencer relationships.
- Manage gifting & barter collaborations.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Develop campaign concepts aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with design & content teams.
- Manage paid collaborations and boosting strategies.
- Monitor competitor and industry benchmarks.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

- Growth in followers & engagement rate
- Influencer campaign ROI
- Increase in brand mentions
- Content virality & saves/shares

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2–4 years of experience in social media & influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video trends
- Experience managing paid collaborations
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong reporting & analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus
- Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
