About Saaz Aura

Saaz Aura is a growing jewellery brand focused on stylish, elegant, and trendy jewellery for modern customers.

We are looking for confident, responsible, creative, and fashion-oriented candidates who are interested in jewellery, modelling, Instagram content, online sales, customer handling, and e-commerce operations.

We are hiring for both:

- 3-Month Internship
- Full-Time Position

The selected candidate will get hands-on exposure to different aspects of an online jewellery brand, including modelling jewellery, creating reels and product content, assisting customers, managing product listings, packing orders, maintaining inventory, and supporting daily e-commerce operations.

Training and guidance will be provided to freshers and interns.

Role Overview

This is a multi-functional role combining fashion modelling, jewellery presentation, social media content, online sales, customer service, and e-commerce operations.

The candidate should be comfortable:

- Wearing jewellery for product photos, videos, and reels.
- Appearing confidently in front of the camera.
- Handling customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and online channels.
- Supporting product listing and inventory management.
- Packing and preparing customer orders.
- Assisting with the daily operations of Saaz Aura.

Key Responsibilities1. Fashion Modelling & Jewellery Presentation

- Wear selected Saaz Aura jewellery for product photos, reels, videos, advertisements, and website content.
- Present jewellery in an elegant, attractive, and brand-appropriate manner.
- Help customers understand how earrings, necklaces, pendants, chokers, and other jewellery look when worn.
- Follow instructions regarding styling, outfits, poses, expressions, jewellery focus, and overall presentation.
- Handle jewellery carefully during shoots, wearing, packing, and storage.
- Maintain a neat, confident, presentable, and camera-friendly appearance.

2. Reels & Social Media Content

- Create short Instagram Reels, product videos, styling videos, and promotional content.
- Participate in product shoots and social media campaigns.
- Showcase jewellery through different outfits, occasions, and styling concepts.
- Assist the team in creating fresh and engaging content for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Follow Saaz Aura's brand guidelines for jewellery presentation and content style.
- Help generate new ideas for fashion, styling, jewellery, and social media content.

3. Online Sales & Customer Handling

- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, marketplaces, and other online channels.
- Share relevant product photos, videos, pricing, availability, sizes, colours, and other product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist in converting enquiries into orders.
- Communicate professionally with customers from initial enquiry until order confirmation and dispatch.
- Assist customers with product selection whenever required.
- Escalate important complaints, order issues, or unusual customer requests to the senior team.

4. Product Packing & Dispatch

- Pack customer orders neatly and safely according to Saaz Aura packaging standards.
- Verify product SKU/code, design, quantity,



and condition before packing.
- Add product tags, labels, invoices, thank-you cards, and other packaging material as instructed.
- Prepare orders for courier pickup and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate packing and dispatch records.
- Ensure jewellery is packed carefully to minimise the possibility of damage or incorrect shipment.

5. Product Entry & Inventory Management

- Enter and update product information in Excel, Google Sheets, website backend, marketplaces, or inventory systems.
- Maintain information such as:
- Product name
- SKU/product code
- Category
- Price
- Colour
- Size
- Quantity
- Stock status
- Product images
- Update inventory after sales, returns, exchanges, damaged products, or new stock additions.
- Assist with physical stock counting and verification.
- Immediately report missing, damaged, defective, or mismatched products.

6. Online Product Listing

- Assist in uploading jewellery products to the Saaz Aura website, marketplaces, catalogues, and other online platforms.
- Match the correct product photos and videos with the correct SKU/product code.
- Assist in preparing basic product titles and descriptions according to the company's listing format.
- Verify product information before publishing listings.
- Keep listings accurate, organised, and updated.

7. Customer Service & Order Management

- Answer customer questions regarding:
- Product details
- Availability
- Order status
- Delivery
- Payment
- Exchange
- Shipping
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
- Maintain records of orders, payments, packing status, courier details, and delivery updates.
- Track cancelled, exchanged, returned, delivered, and pending orders.
- Assist in preparing basic daily sales, order, and stock reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable appearing in photos, videos, and Instagram Reels.
- Comfortable wearing and showcasing jewellery.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp, smartphones, photography, and Reels.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone.
- Interest in fashion, jewellery, styling, modelling, and social media.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Good organisational skills.
- Responsible and careful while handling jewellery and customer orders.
- Punctual, honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage different responsibilities during daily operations.

Internship Opportunity

The internship duration is 3 months.

The final stipend will depend on the candidate's communication skills, confidence, presentation, ability to learn, and interview performance.

Good-performing interns may also be considered for a full-time position with Saaz Aura after completion of the internship.

Full-Time Opportunity

We are also hiring candidates who want to join Saaz Aura in a full-time role.

Full-time candidates may take greater responsibility for:
