Job Summary

RADIANTWORK TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The candidate will also be responsible for providing customer chat support and responding to customer queries professionally and promptly. Candidates with internship experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer chat support and respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
- Assist in logistics planning, inventory coordination, and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.




- Prepare reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Internship experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
