Role Description This full-time Architect role at THE CREATORS is a hybrid position based in Ranchi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Architect will lead and develop architectural concepts, prepare design drawings and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include collaborating on requirement gathering, translating client needs into functional architectural plans, and ensuring design feasibility and compliance with relevant standards. The Architect will work closely with software development and integration teams to align physical and digital aspects of projects, manage timelines, and monitor project progress against deliverables. The role also involves participating in design reviews,



refining solutions based on feedback, and supporting continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and methodologies.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience developing concept designs, detailed drawings, and specifications.
- Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to align architectural solutions with digital systems and workflows.
- Knowledge of Integration principles to ensure cohesive interaction between built environments and technology components.
- Strong Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking milestones.
- Proficiency in relevant design and modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with industry codes and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage priorities independently, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
