- Work Mode: 100% Remote
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 1–5 Years
- Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month

Role & Responsibilities

- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Search and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Explain job responsibilities, salary, location, and other requirements to candidates.




- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate status and feedback.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
