Preferred Candidate Experience

We are specifically looking for candidates with solid Real Estate experience, particularly with hands-on exposure in:

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management
- Ensure continuous follow-up and engagement with all mediators.
- Maintain an updated status tracker for every lead and submit periodic updates to management.
- Land Identification & Acquisition

- Identify potential land parcels suitable for the company's expansion and development plans.
- Conduct field visits and gather market intelligence on available opportunities.
- Coordinate with landowners, mediators, brokers, and local stakeholders to progress discussions.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure

- Initiate and facilitate negotiations with landowners and mediators.
- Ensure commercial discussions are aligned with management guidelines.
- Target Commitment

- Each executive shall provide monthly closure commitments.
- Achievement of committed targets will be monitored and reviewed by management.
- Coordination & Documentation





- Ensure timely collection and submission of required land documents.
- Maintain proper records of site visits, discussions, negotiations, and closure status.
- Reporting

- Submit weekly activity reports covering site visits, meetings, negotiations, and deal progress.
- Present monthly closure status and pipeline reports to management.

Performance Parameters

- Number of active opportunities handled.
- Monthly closure commitments achieved.
- Quality and accuracy of reporting.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and management directives.
- Contribution towards overall land acquisition targets of the organization.
