About the Opportunity
A dynamic, rapid-growing fashion-tech brand rooted in India’s evolving digital retail landscape, we blend storytelling, social commerce, and data-driven creativity to build emotionally resonant brand experiences. Our remote-first team operates at the intersection of fashion, influencer culture, and digital PR—turning trends into narratives and customers into communities. As a PR Trainee, you’ll be embedded in our core communications engine, learning to shape brand voice, manage media outreach, and amplify reach across digital and social channels. Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and brand messaging aligned with campaign calendars and product launches.
- Research and build media lists targeting fashion, lifestyle, and tech influencers across India and global platforms.
- Monitor brand mentions, social sentiment, and competitor PR activity—delivering daily/weekly insights to the PR lead.
- Coordinate outreach to journalists, bloggers, and influencers; track responses, secure placements,



and maintain relationship logs.
- Support event coordination (virtual and hybrid) including press kits, follow-ups, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and social teams to align PR narratives with campaign visuals, hashtags, and influencer collabs.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Media monitoring tools (Meltwater, Mention, BuzzSumo)
- Press release writing
- Media list building
- MS Office Suite
- Google Docs / Sheets
- Basic Canva or Adobe Express

Preferred

- Experience with Notion or Asana
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels or LinkedIn publishing
- Basic understanding of fashion or lifestyle verticals
