Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and develop quality Insurance Advisors/Financial Consultants.
- Build and maintain a strong agency network in the assigned territory.
- Train, coach and motivate advisors to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Drive life insurance business through the agency channel and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, advisor meetings and customer interactions.
- Generate recent business opportunities through networking, referrals and local market activities.
- Monitor advisor performance, activation and business productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Ensure proper follow-up, documentation and adherence to company processes.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports/MIS and track business performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations and company guidelines.
