Total Experience: 15+ Years

Location: Delhi

Must-Have Skills:

- ServiceNow Platform – 12+ years

- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) – 6+ years

- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt) – 8+ years

- CMDB & CSDM – 5+ years

- Integration (REST, SOAP, APIs) – 5+ years

- JavaScript / Glide API – 5+ years

- ITIL v3/v4 – 5+ years

- Architecture Experience – 3+ years

Detailed Job Description:

Architecture & Design:

- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB

- Prepare HLD, LLD and architecture diagrams

- Design scalable and secure solutions

CMDB & ITOM Expertise:

- Architect CMDB aligned with CSDM

- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management





- Ensure data quality and governance

Platform Governance:

- Define standards and governance

- Conduct Architecture and CAB reviews

Implementation Leadership:

- Lead ServiceNow implementations

- Guide development teams and ensure quality

Integration & Automation:

- Integrate with cloud, AD, SAP and monitoring tools

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage business and IT stakeholders

- Lead solution discussions and workshops

Continuous Improvement:

- Optimize performance and drive automation

- Improve SLA and MTTR

Certifications (Preferred):

- ServiceNow CSA

- CIS (ITSM/ITOM)

- CTA/CMA

- ITIL Foundation
