Skills we need

- Solid Java/Spring Boot fundamentals — REST APIs, microservices, JPA/Hibernate
- Ability to design complex systems
- PostgreSQL and Redis working knowledge; Kafka and AWS/EKS a plus
- Comfort with production systems: debugging, monitoring, performance
- High Velocity AI-native development
- Freshers with exceptional fundamentals welcome; production internship experience valued over pedigree
