- Verify delivery details and ensure packages are delivered to the correct address, checking for any discrepancies.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they remain in good condition during transit and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle to ensure smooth operations and enhance efficiency.




- Follow all safety and traffic regulations while performing deliveries, adhering to best practices outlined by Meesho.
- Report any issues related to deliveries or customer complaints to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Collect and return any necessary documents or payments related to the delivery process.
- Assist with route optimization by following best practices for efficient delivery as guided by Meesho.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and professional service at all times.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation (bike/scooter) are required.
- Basic knowledge of the local area and the ability to navigate efficiently in New Delhi.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights with care and attention.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic literacy skills to read and understand delivery instructions and documentation.
- No prior delivery experience is required, but previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
