**Job Title: Sales Executive**

Key Responsibilities

**1. Sales:**

 Meet sales targets and contribute to store sales growth

 Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions

**2. Customer Service:**

 Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints

 Foster positive customer relationships

**3. Store Operations:**

 Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping

 Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization & Shrinkage Control.

**4. Team Collaboration:**

 Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals Requirements:

 Education: High school diploma or equivalent **(for Junior Sales Executives),**

**Bachelor's degree or equivalent (for Senior Sales Executives)**

 Experience: Previous retail experience preferred Skills:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Adaptable to work in various shifts

 Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
