Job Objective:

- To ensure recruiting right talent for the organization in a most efficient & systematic manner.

Roles & Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital - Clinical and non- clinical positions.
- Handle core Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Manage volume as well as critical hiring requirements.
- Handle offer negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate follow-ups,



end-to-end compliances and documentation process.
- Maintain and build a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure hiring is completed within defined TAT and recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Key Mandates

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Must have hospital experience.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Handle critical & volume hiring within TAT.
- Ensure quality hiring and quick closures.
- Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
